1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Cemzlah's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Cemzlah LLC provides website design, development, and maintenance services. Our services include:

  • Custom website design and development
  • Website hosting and maintenance
  • Content updates and management
  • SEO optimization
  • Technical support

3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by Cemzlah. We reserve the right to decline any order.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • One-time project fees are due at the time of ordering. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis.

4. Project Timeline

We strive to deliver projects within the estimated timeline (typically 2-4 weeks). Delays may occur due to:

  • Scope changes requested by the customer
  • Delayed feedback or content from the customer
  • Unforeseen technical challenges

5. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Respond to requests for feedback in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all content you provide is lawful and does not infringe on third-party rights
  • Pay all fees in accordance with the agreed terms

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the custom website design and content created for your project. Cemzlah retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Maintenance Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cemzlah LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for any outstanding fees.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
